Dr. Elzette Steyn graduated at the top of her class of 150 medical students at the Medical Faculty of the University of Pretoria in South Africa. Throughout the next 22 years she developed her skills in the specialized areas of Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Hemodialysis, and Medical Aesthetics. She is a certified member of the Canadian College of Family Physicians and has successfully obtained all the necessary qualifications for Special Competency in Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Steyn is a graduate of one of Canada's most well established Medical Aesthetic Training Centres, as accredited by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, where under the instruction of other medical professionals she was trained in the medical application of BOTOX, Dermal Fillers, Sclerotherapy, and lasers for Dermal Regeneration and Hair Removal.
